We are about to make a significant (well we think so) announcement about the development of our business. And it represents Sean and i dipping into the reserves and taking a risk.
Sounds simple but it is an incredibly difficult thing to do once you have been through the phases of starting the biz, paying yourself nothing, winning business, making profits, hiring, making enough profits to fund a decent lifestyle and have built something of substance.
Mentally you think that the period of risk is over but you also know deep down that running your own company has huge benefits but risk/reward decisions will always be part of the game.
Anyway - this is sounding like a Monday morning gripe and using the blog as a form of counselling - so i will shut up and get back on the phone.
