Louise and the team at UK Recruiter have launched a Recruiters' Job Board. Its a great idea and i wish them very well.
Two facts are clear
1. There is a gap in the market for a successful job board for recruitment consultants. Its one of the few areas where the advice we give people is that there is a currently isn't a good enough website in this area that is worth a significant (or even insignificant) investment.
2. There is probably a good reason for No1. That being - it is a difficult thing to pull off successfully and its quite a disparate market.
However the advantage of UKRecruiter is that they already have a successful community/audience and so they are not starting from scratch and i also think they know what they are doing. With patience and hard work - i am sure it will be a success.
